At Panel Patter, we're fans of the work published by Koyama Press.
Today, Koyama Press announced that they are partnering with Sequential to offer digital versions of their comics for download on the iPad. From their announcement:
"Our first batch of releases includes a number of recent Koyama Press favourites, as well as titles that have been long out-of-print. From cosmic art critiques to despondent, down-on-their luck cats, we’ve got you covered."
"Print is the cornerstone of Koyama Press, but we are really excited about its new digital companion. Moreover, this is just the first batch of Koyama Press digital editions, so keep your eyes and apps open for more exciting releases!"
About Sequential, Koyama said:
SEQUENTIAL has the widest selection of graphic novels available on the iPad, featuring work from publishers such as Top Shelf, Fantagraphics, NBM, Secret Acres, Knockabout, Blank Slate, SelfMadeHero, and more. Many of the hundreds of graphic novels are exclusive to SEQUENTIAL, including ones by Alan Moore, Eddie Campbell, David Lloyd, and Hunt Emerson.
Koyama also announced that as part of making their books available digitally, they're having a sale on November 8 and 9. So, take a look, and consider picking up some great books digitally!
